Lizard Joes BBQ is a small town kinda place serving slow smoked BBQ with a flavor as big as Texas!
Lizard Joe's started as a dream of Ours and Texas music legend Joe King Carrasco in the summer of 2004. After many years,
most of our life savings, numerous setbacks and life challenges, our dream is close to becoming a reality. Like our BBQ,
the process of building and opening a restaurant in Mexico has been a long and slow process, but we are confident that the
final results will be Great as our World Class BBQ.
We are still in process of obtaining our remaining permtis that will allow us to function as a full bar and restaurant. However,
we do have a beautiful building, on the beach and our pleased to announce that our building is now available to rent for your
special events and parties and we are able to offer catering services.
You will love our all-natural, straight from the ranch, beef brisket! We spend days preparing the meat followed by 14 to 18
hours or low and slow smoking to provide you with and Authentic Texas BBQ experience as good or better than best BBQ restaurants
in Texas.
Or maybe you prefer pork BBQ? You will want to try our classic Slow Joe Pulled Pork, basted in our propriatary apple cider mop sauce
or our fall off the bone, melt in your mouth pork ribs?
