Lizard Joe's is family owned, family oriented and operated by Texas transplants, Paul and Cynthia Frost. Both Paul and Cynthia have led successful careers in the corporate world as well as independent companies who decided to combine the things they love most (Food, Fun, Music, Sun, Sand and People) into a dream called Lizard Joe's.

• Our Bar-B-Que is authentic! Our rubs are unique! Our attention to food safety and quality is our top priority!
• Our service, staff and recorded music are high-energy, friendly, interactive and focused on your pleasure!
• Our house music is features Texas Artists from all genres (Tejano, County, Rock, Reggea, Pop ...) as well as popular Mexican regional and national artists!
• Our live music will primarily feature local artists from the Mexican and Expatriot communities but will also feature "Joe King Carrasco" and other Texas recording artists we know when they come to visit!
• Our guests will experience the sights, sounds, tastes and hospitality that will create memories and tales to be shared with family and friends!

Our goal for the Chelem community we live in is for them to welcome and benefit from our presence by:
Actively supporting community events and programs
Purchasing a majority of our ingredients and supplies from local vendors
Providing an outlet for local artisans to display and sell their products
Staffing and oursourcing work using the local population
