Custome build your own catering menu for 10 or more. Whether you are planning a COMPANY BBQ, BUSINESS LUNCH, HOLIDAY PARTY, BIRTHDAY PARTY, WEDDING or SMALL GATHERING OF FRIENDS, Lizard Joes can make your event even better!
Catering will include a modest travel charge depending on location. However, if you host your event at Lizard Joes and allow us to cater and provide the beverages, there are no site rental fees.

This classic BBQ is perfect for reunions, company events and other gatherings of 25 or more.
STARTERS - choose one: Chile Cheese Nachos, Black Bean Dip, Pico de Gallo, Texas Caviar or Guacamole Stuffed Tomatoes
MEATS - choose one or more: Pork Ribs, Brisket, Sausage, Pulled Pork, Beef Chili
SIDES - choose one of more: Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Fruit Salad, Corn, Mac-N-Cheese, Texas Beans, Potato Chips
Menu includes: Sauces, Buns, Bread, Condiments and Fixins Tray (pickels, onion, tomato)

This is a traditional Backyard BBQ with a Mexicano twist and is only available for catering!
STARTERS: Chili Cheese Nachos or Pico de Gallo
FROM THE GRILL: - Choose one: Beef Fajitas or Yucateca Burger

PORK PICNIC

Choose Two: Pork Ribs and Pulled Pork
Served with Pan Frances and Sauce
