Shipping & Returns SHIPPING POLICIES
All products are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges are calculated using APIs from the United States Postal Service based on Priority Mail Rates and total ship weight of products ordered. Shipping to APO or FPO are shipped via USPS using Flat Rate shipping per box up to 50 lbs. In most cases the ost of shipping will be built in to the price of the product or service being ordered.
All products are shipped direct from the manufacturer, warehouse or our suppliers. While we make every effort to ensure our suppliers have item in stock, if the item happens to go out of stock at the time your order is placed, the order will automatically go on backorder status and will ship the moment the item comes back in stock. Partial orders are shipped at our expense.

RETURN POLICIES
Returns will only be accepted for defective ot incorrect goods. You must contact Lizard Joes by email within 5 days or receiving the goods.
